Registration & Tuition

Phone calls for an on-sight visit, by appointment only, are required to view our center.  Walk-in visitors are not allowed for the security and safety of the children.  At the time of the sight visit you will be provided with enrollment and financial forms.

Once you have made the decision to enroll your child, the enrollment form must be returned with the registration fee to ensure your “spot” is held for your start date.  No “spot” is guaranteed until the enrollment form and non-refundable registration fee are received.

Upon receipt of the enrollment form and registration fee an appointment will be scheduled for you to meet with the Director to review all required paperwork and to receive a copy of the Parent Guide.  This is also a good time to re-visit the center, giving your child the opportunity to become more familiar with our faces and our environment.

Tuition payments are due on the first day that care is provided each week.  Checks or money orders are made payable to WCCC, Inc.

Tuition is due regardless of vacations, illness, holidays, inclement weather causing a state of emergency, or closures due to temporary emergency conditions
